Brad has been working with custom structures for over 20 years. As a Paul Harrawood Honors Scholar at Vanderbilt University,a merit-based full scholarship, Brad learned the importance of engineering fundamentals in the early part of his undergraduate development.
Jes’s diverse background in the design and construction industry began in 1988, when she graduated cum laude from the University of Houston’s School of Architecture. She quickly joined a local design-build firm, where she gained first-hand experience and then later with a local structural engineering firm.
Ben graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Structural Specialty in 2002 and has enjoyed a career providing him experience designing a wide-range of wood-structured building types.
Wayne earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston in 1991. Since graduating, Wayne has focused his career largely on architectural structural design. He has worked with a number of architects and architectural firms in Houston, Texas.
Daniel graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, where he chose structural engineering as his primary area of focus. He sees structural engineering as integral to enabling purposeful and innovative building design.
Jose has been captivated by structural systems since he was a kid, dreaming of becoming an engineer one day. This passion led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Structural Analysis and Design from the University of Houston Downtown, where he graduated Cum Laude.
Amaris graduated from University of Houston with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2024 and has a diverse background in professional experience, starting with internships from her third year.
For as long as he can remember, Dylan has been captivated by art and architecture. Growing up in one of Houston’s oldest neighborhoods, Dylan has been surrounded by eclectic art, architecture, and interior design for a very long time, giving him a deep respect for it.
Selena has always been fascinated with exploring house plans as inspiration for the home she intends to build one day. During her first semester in college, she took an Intro to Architecture course before earning a Bachelor in Communication at the University of Houston.
Kendra is a native Texan born in Austin and raised in the Galveston area. She attended the School of Business at Stephen F. Austin State University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration – Management degree.
